Canadian Discussion Paper for Consulting Industry on HNS Receipt Reporting Requirements

Dear Members of the Correspondence Group,

Transport Canada released a Discussion Paper in February 2015 to consult with industry stakeholders on the proposed HNS receipts reporting requirements. This Discussion Paper is intended to provide information to the industry of the development of regulations and assist in the indentification of potential contributors to the HNS Fund. The Discussion Paper is available in both English and French and could serve as a model for other states in their stakeholder consultations.
