Norwegian HNS legislation

The Norwegian HNS implementing legislation is available in Norwegian at http://lovdata.no/lov/2015-05-12-30. It will enter into force at a time to be determined.

Norway will not be denouncing the 1910 Collision Convention in this connection, although it could lead to victims of HNS incidents not being compensated; see LEG 87/11/1, Annex 3.
